We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our fantastic team, in our wonderful setting that is Wentworth Club.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and producing internal marketing collateral, keeping key brands up to date and relevant, in accordance to brand guidelines.

We want a passionate, enthusiastic character, to bring a tactical approach to marketing strategies.

This is a full-time role of 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)

The successful candidates will have:
3 years coding experience .
Experience in artwork, creating digital artwork in particular website wordpress.
Being creative, ideally experience on a luxury brand where attention to detail is paramount.
Software experience with Indesign, photoshop, adobe acrobat, project management systems (ie. Basecamp), coding HTML, .net,java software experience.
Lively personality, with great social and communication skills.

In this role you will be responsible for creating and co-ordinating the roll out of the calendar of campaigns at The Club.

You will focus primarily on the storage, organisation, usage and tracking of data. You will manage and optimise the email marketing program at The Club using industry best practice.

Food Cost Controller

Department: Finance

Job description:

We are currently searching for a Food Cost Controller to produce weekly/monthly revenue and margin reporting to meet the needs of the business, including ad-hoc reports as requested by Operations Director and Financial Controller.

You will liaise with Supply Chain to ensure that all products and pricing are accurate on ordering and inventory control systems. Implement and maintain controls to ensure that product, pack size and pricing changes are migrated through the ordering and inventory systems when changes occur.

Significant experience in food and beverage reporting / controls
