At Wentworth, people really do matter. The unique experience we offer our members and visitors would not be possible without our employees, so we want the very best people in the business.
We currently employ approx 250 people and can offer a wide range of opportunities for people who share our passion for commitment to excellence, and who want to grow and develop their skills at one of the most prestigious golf and country clubs in Europe. While experience is useful it is not always essential. For many positions the main requirements are confidence, professionalism, a willingness to learn and a real desire to succeed. Above all you must like people.
