· You will have the option to view members who have accepted their details to be viewed by typing their surname in the Member Index
· Every time you click on Contact Directory you will see the option on right hand side: click on this link to update your personal information
· We recommend you click this link the first time you use the site so that you can be seen on the golfer list and the Contact Directory
· You will see all your personal information held on the Club’s membership database – this is currently all hidden from all other members using the Members’ Area
· Please read the section on the left hand side of this page for instructions
· To be on the golfer list: under the heading Golf Reservations You can allow fellow Golfers to see your name in the Add Golfer list, by unticking the box :
‘Hide my name from displaying in the Member List’
· To be on the Contact Directory: Please untick the box :
· Please hide my name and information from the Online Member List
and please also un-tick the boxes alongside your telephone number and for example, your email address
· We also recommend that you un-tick the box:
‘Please do not use the above email address for Club Communications’
as this will enable us to send you timely informative Members-only information by email later this year.

9. What if I need to amend my Personal Information shown in the Contact Directory? · You can amend any of the details displayed in this page of your personal information
· Whilst the ticking of boxes relates to the display of your details, it does not alter any of them. However, if you do amend any of your personal information
please be aware that once you press Update at the bottom of this page, the details will be changed on our Membership system.

10. How do I use the Account Enquiry?
· The Account Enquiry section displays transactions made each calendar month.
· Clicking on Member Account Enquiry will display your latest statement of transactions.
· You can click on the reference for a view of the ‘Chit’

11. Can I see my Levy Balance?
· You cannot currently see your levy balance online, however if you have purchased an item at the Club then the levy balance can be seen at the bottom of the latest chit.
· See (11, above) and click on the reference for a view of the ‘Chit’
· Also a specific Levy balance feature is expected by early 2008.

12. Why can't I see a chit/bill spent yesterday when I display my Account Inquiry?
· Details of chits/bills raised in the club only update a member’s account once the whole business day has been audited. This task is performed by our accounts department and is usually completed by 9am each day. However the department is not manned at the weekend or Bank Holidays so there will be a delay for these periods.

13. Why can't I see any chit/bill details when I display my Account Inquiry?
· In order for groups of members (i.e. families and company members) to share levy and have a combined renewal, one of the members must be nominated as the "charge" member. All transactions made at the point of sale tills are posted to this "charge" record. Therefore only the "charge" member can view these transactions when using Account Inquiry. To identify your charge member number please refer to your latest renewal invoice or statement.
