PITCH MARKS, PITCH MARKS, PITCH MARKS, PITCH MARKS!

We kindly request that you repair your pitch mark and any others you happen to see on the greens. This is a global problem in golf and a quickly repaired pitch mark will recover, however, we are finding (especially at the weekends) that these are not being repaired which has a detrimental effect on the putting surface. Thank you for your assistance.

TaylorMade Custom Fitting Coming to Wentworth
In August work begins on TaylorMade’s revolutionary Performance Lab Custom Fitting Technology, a brand new facility being established at the Club’s practice range. This equipment, usually only available to the company’s staff Touring Professionals, takes custom fitting to the ultimate level. Reflective markers are placed on the club and body to create 3-D images and detailed swing analysis to help give you the perfect club fit right through the bag. It is anticipated that the facility will be officially open for business some time during September.

Junior Weekend Clinics Continue

The maximum is six children per session, with one professional on hand. Remember, places must be booked in advance in the pro shop. The cost is £15 per child, per session.
