Punjabi Cuisine Masterclass

Wentworth’s own Indian master chef and culinary expert Jatinder Singh will showcase some traditional regional (Punjabi) cuisine, including Paneer Mukni, Shammi Kebab and Chicken Tikka. Jatinder will also explain the differences between regional cooking and how to mix your own spices to create a signature blend.
