TO BOOK A TEE TIME
Online booking for members:

Telephone and in person bookings:
Bookings may be made either with the Professional Shop on the day or pre-booked
with Reception as follows:
Weekdays:
30 days in advance from 07.00.
Weekends and Public Holidays:
Fridays from 10.00,
15-16 days in advance. Only one booking per person.
Cancellations of pre-booked times must be made to the Club
at least 24 hours in advance of visit, otherwise a cancellation
fee may be charged.
PROCEDURES FOR GAYP:
Monday – Friday (Course Allocated for GAYP)
The second course will be allocated as the Members “Go As You Please” course (GAYP) for the day and will operate purely on a turn up and play basis. Rounds will not be available to book either on the day or in advance and players should report to the Starter when they are ready to play.
2-ball games playing later 7.30am may be invited to pair up by the Starter.
In the event of a competition, this will be played on the bookable course.
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
The first four tee-off times will be reserved on both courses simply for two ball competition matches. They will be filled in time order, and are bookable 15/16 days in advance. If they are not taken by midday on Friday they will be released for booking by 2, 3 and 4 ball games on Saturday and Sunday morning.
2-ball games playing after 7.30am may be invited to pair up by the Starter.
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays - (Course Allocated For GAYP)
The “Go As You Please” course will be available for 2, 3 or 4 ball play. Rounds will not be available to book either on the day or in advance and players should report to the Starter when they are ready to play.
Once again, 2-ball games playing after 7.30am may be invited to pair up by the Starter.
In the event of a competition, this will be played on the GAYP course. The GAYP rule will then resume after the competition.
Caddies
Caddies must be Wentworth accredited in order to accompany a round. For further details please contact Wentworth Caddie Master, Tony Cannon on 01344 846303. (Please note: 24 hour cancellation policy applies).
Golf Bag Tags
Please can all golfing members ensure that they now display the 2011-2012 Bag Tag. Members not displaying this tag will not be allowed to play on the golf courses. If you need to collect your Tag please contact Membership from Monday to Friday on 01344 846316/310 or membership@wentworthclub.com Outside of these times please contact Reception.
